Barry Allen, 90 of Lebanon, KY passed away peacefully on Friday, January 19, 2024, at the Village of Lebanon Nursing Home in Lebanon Kentucky.
Mr. Allen was a member of Fannie Chapel C.M.E. Church where he attended faithfully until his health declined. Mr. Allen was a United States Army Veteran, and a retired school Teacher. He enjoyed spending time with his Wife and his family. Mr. Allen will be missed by many.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Allen Sr. and Mary Will Connor; his step mother, Flora Allen. two brothers, William Douglas Allen and Frank Allen Jr. two sister, Sara Branch and Jackie Fisher.
Survivors include his wife, Mary (Brandy) Allen of Lebanon, four stepsons, Timothy Buckler, Gary Buckler, Brian Buckler (Sherry) and Robert Edlen (Reisha); one stepdaughter, Tamara Thompson; 17 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; sister-in-laws, Jean Allen, Elizabeth Allen, Emma Edelen and host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, January 27, 2024, at First Baptist Church with Rev. Dewayne Golightly officiating. Burial will follow in the Odd Fellow Cemetery in Campbellsville.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 A.M. until the time of service, Saturday, January 27, 2024, at First Baptist Church.
