Langston Cubit, 44 of Campbellsville, Kentucky passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 11, 2023, in Lexington, Kentucky. Langston was born to Michael Evans and Tammy Marie Cubit on May 20, 1979, and later was raised as one of her own by the late Edna Louise Campbell.
Langston enjoyed spending his time playing his game and was known for gaming skills. He enjoyed playing chess, spades, and bowling. Langston enjoyed any competitive activity that allow him to brag on his talent. Most of all Langston enjoyed spending time with his children, brothers, and all of his family. Langston will be missed by many.
Langston was preceded in death by his, mother; Tammy Marie Cubit; his special aunt, Edna Louise Campbell.
He leaves to cherish his memories, a daughter, Kierra Cubit; three sons, Lathan Cubit, Syair Oshea Jackson and Langston Cubit Jr.; two brothers, Nathaniel Cubit (Shelly) and Anthony Campbell (Tina); his companion, Whitney Paige; two nieces, Tish Campbell and Nakaya Bridgewater; two nephews, Devonte Cubit and Deston Taylor; a uncle, Kenneth Cubit; four cousins, Linda Cubit Williams, Carol Warren, Gerald James and Berlinda Jamison; his extended family Taylor family, Miller family, Shively family and Spaulding family; a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, June 17, 2023, at First Baptist Church Campbellsville with Rev. Tyrone Johnson officiating.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, June 17, 2023, at the church.
