Richard Barlow

Richard “Ricky” Barlow, age 74, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 23, 2025.

Ricky was of the Catholic faith and lived a life rooted in love, loyalty, and family. A proud and devoted UofL fan, he enjoyed cheering on his Cardinals, spending time on the golf course, and sharing laughter with those he loved. More than anything, Ricky treasured moments with his three sons, granddaughter, Alexandria, family, and friends. He also dedicated himself to caring for his mother, ensuring her comfort and well-being with unwavering commitment and compassion.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Arlen Barlow; one brother, Cary Barlow; and one sister, Ingrid Barlow.

Ricky leaves to cherish his memory:

his three sons, Richard Arlen Barlow (Amber), Leonard Griffith Barlow, and Blake Owens Barlow; a Granddaughter, Alexandria Barlow. His mother, Florence Barlow

two brothers, Ivan Barlow (Cherita) and Haywood Barlow;

three sisters, Linetta Barlow, Robbie Barlow, and Eva Barlow;

along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many dear friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church. 3112 West Broadway Louisville, Kentucky 40211.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at the church.
