Tiarra Rochelle Cecil

Tiarra Rochelle Cecil, 40 of Campbellsville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, March 9, 2023, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church located in Campbellsville, KY where she was a dedicated member of the music ministry serving as a member of First Vision Choir, U.N.I.T.Y., and the praise team. She was dedicated educator for Campbellsville Independent Schools. She was a dedicated coach for the Lady Eagles basketball program, she served as head coach for the middle school program, and she served as an assistant for the high school program for many years. Not only was she committed to her church and career her family came first and she loved spending time with her boys, family, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her brother Channing Robinson.

She leaves to cherish her two sons, Austin Sloan and Chance Cecil; her mother Angela Gowdy Cecil; her father Dexter Cecil (Shirley); her sisters Tocarra Cecil and India Wardell (Dennis); eight brothers Chauncey Robinson, Dexter “DJ” Cecil, Devon Cecil, Terick Price, Chamon Robinson, Chaylon Robinson, Chayavone Robinson, and Chamere Robinson; her grandmother Joyce Cecil and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

 Funeral service will be held Saturday March 18, 2023, at 2:00pm at Campbellsville High School Gymnasium.

Visitation will begin at 10:00am. Burial will follow at the Crown Hill Cemetery.
